Government Rebate

The Australian Government has implemented the Home Insulation Program with a budget of $2.45 billion and expects to insulate up to 2.7 million homes around Australia.

The Home Insulation Program is part of the Government’s Nation Building – Economic Stimulus Plan and aims to stimulate the economy, supporting thousands of jobs in manufacturing, distribution and installation.

Under the program assistance of up to $1200 is available to help eligible owners/renters/landlords install new ceiling insulation in their existing properties.

Most States in Australia now require a residential property to be a 5 star energy rating before it can be sold or bought.
